Job Description - Online Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Nucor in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, live chat, and phone. 2. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Assisting customers with product recommendations, sizing, and general inquiries. 4. Monitoring online reviews and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes. 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the online database. 7. Identifying trends and patterns in customer inquiries to improve overall service.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. 4. Critical thinking skills to solve complex customer issues. 5. Confidence in handling challenging situations with a positive attitude. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
