Ford is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Assistant in London, England. As a part-time position at an entry level, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer success.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online channels to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across the digital platforms - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with challenging situations or customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success initiatives
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptable and resilient in the face of changing priorities and customer needs - Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution is a plus - Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms - Must be comfortable working with global teams and customers from diverse backgrounds
