Job Description:
Parker-Hannifin, a leading manufacturing company in London, England, UK, is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with online customers via email, chat, and phone to provide exceptional support and resolve any issues or inquiries promptly. 2. Implement and maintain online customer success strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and increase customer retention. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of customer success initiatives, such as onboarding programs and customer training materials. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our online customer success processes.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online customer success or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
