Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Progressive is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to our online platform - Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer usage patterns and provide recommendations for product enhancements - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation


Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively handle customer interactions - Strong research and critical thinking skills to quickly address customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
