Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at CH2M Hill in London, England, UK. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through various online platforms to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. 3. Proactively monitor and respond to online reviews, feedback, and comments to maintain a positive brand image. 4. Collaborate with other team members to identify trends and common issues and develop strategies to improve customer experience. 5. Use critical thinking skills to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Develop and implement plans to increase customer engagement and drive business growth. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution. 8. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives for the company.
