Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Leucadia National is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and reliable, with excellent planning and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. - Collaborate with other teams within the company to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements to our products or services. - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, response times, and sales targets.


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. - Proficiency with online tools and platforms. - Knowledge of project management principles is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
