Job Description:
Veritiv, a leading company in the online retail industry, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Customer Success Officer to join our dynamic team in London, England. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online retail.
Responsibilities: - Manage and build relationships with online customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the online shopping experience - Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proven experience in customer service or online retail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions - Proficiency in CRM systems and online customer support tools
