Job Description: As an Online Customer Success Officer at Lansing Trade Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via online platforms, email, and phone to address any inquiries, concerns, or issues they may have - Monitor customer accounts and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed - Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot any technical issues that customers may encounter - Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or online customer success role - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong time management skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of online platforms and customer management software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
