Job Description - Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:


Marsh & McLennan is seeking a part-time Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, confident, and possess strong analytical and cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for online customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the online customer experience and drive customer retention and growth. 3. Conduct regular analysis of customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Lead training sessions and workshops for customers to educate them on the use of our online platform. 6. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of new online customer success initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a similar role. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasionally outside of regular business hours.
