Job Description - Online Customer Success Representative

As an Online Customer Success Representative at NCR in London, England, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our online customers. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and offer solutions to any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers in using our online platform - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to increase customer value - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take appropriate actions to address any concerns that may arise


Requirements: - Resourceful and independent, able to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively - Strong adaptability skills to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing online environment - Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of customer information and communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred
