Job Description:


Ralph Lauren is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their shopping experience is positive and memorable - Collaborate with the sales team to drive online sales and meet revenue targets - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and online promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for online platforms - Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and initiatives


Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and analytical skills to foresee potential issues and develop effective solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management systems is a plus - Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail - Must be eligible to work in the UK
