Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Office Depot in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in customer service and develop their skills in a fast-paced online environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels (email, chat, social media). 2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Identify and address customer needs to promote Office Depot products and services. 4.
