Job Description - Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


Marsh & McLennan is seeking a passionate and adaptable Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. As an Online Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage customer accounts and provide personalized support to ensure their needs are met - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and assistance - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive customer success - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction - Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer success


Requirements: - Passionate about customer success and dedicated to delivering exceptional service - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and ability to analyze data to drive informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
