Job Description:
Square, a leading financial services and mobile payment company, is looking for a part-time Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, the Online Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via online chat, email, and phone to resolve inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues. 2. Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience and retention rate. 3. Conduct research on customer needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and implement improvements. 5. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction. 6. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer trends and preferences. 7. Manage customer service projects and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Strong research and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
