Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Baxalta in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our online services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and solve complex customer problems - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our online platform effectively - Assist in creating and updating online support documentation and resources - Assist in testing new features and functionalities on our online platform - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance


Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve under pressure - Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Knowledge of online customer support systems and best practices - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
