Job Description - Online Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


ADP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. This is a part-time position that requires independence, adaptability, time management skills, and innovative thinking.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone channels - Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system - Communicate with customers to gather feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Innovative mindset and willingness to propose new ideas to improve processes - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates - Company equipment provided for remote work - Gym membership benefits for employees - Must embrace a culture that challenges norms and encourages bold thinking
