Job Description:
Quanta Services, a leading provider of specialty contracting services, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. This position is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in a customer support role, looking to take on a mid-to-senior level position.
Responsibilities: - Manage all online customer support channels, including email, live chat, and social media platforms - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Train and mentor junior customer support team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer support role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Experience in managing remote teams is a plus
