Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Sealed Air, a leading packaging solutions company, is seeking a dedicated and driven Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer support and online management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support experience and increase customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor online platforms and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve online customer support processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in online customer support and management. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems and online tools for customer support.
