Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at WEC Energy Group in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage online customer support services, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer experience and satisfaction. 3. Monitor online platforms for customer feedback and reviews, taking proactive steps to address any issues. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Train and mentor online customer support staff to deliver exceptional service. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. Dedicated and independent personality traits to effectively manage online customer support operations. 2. Strong adaptability and communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams. 3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support roles, preferably in an online environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in CRM systems and online communication tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
