Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and driven Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb in London, England. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Contribute to the development of new customer support strategies and initiatives - Uphold company values and policies while interacting with customers


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - People management skills to handle challenging customer situations with tact and empathy - Proficiency in using online customer support tools and platforms - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends - Reliable and punctual work ethic - Must be legally authorized to work in the UK
