Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is looking for a dedicated and confident Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the airline industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide friendly and efficient customer support via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing JetBlue Airways in a positive light.


Requirements: 1. Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Confidence in interacting with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with both customers and team members. 4. Ability to conduct research and gather information to assist customers effectively. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
