Job Description:
General Motors is looking for a passionate and confident Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our online customers.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter while using our online platform - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives - Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation of interactions
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer support - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
