Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a passionate and confident Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and booking reservations. 3. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote promotions and drive online sales. 4. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve online customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Confident in dealing with challenging situations and resolving customer issues. 4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to innovate solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
