Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Spectra Energy is seeking a dynamic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online customer support through various channels including email, chat, and social media platforms - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Experience in using CRM software and online customer support tools
