Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Walmart in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Process online orders and assist customers with any issues related to their purchases - Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Use your decision-making skills to handle complex customer situations with confidence - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience using customer service software is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Must have the legal right to work in the UK
