Job Description:
L-3 Communications is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist based in London, England, UK. This entry-level position is ideal for passionate and adaptable individuals with strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing online customer support through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
