Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at NGL Energy Partners in London, UK. This entry-level position does not require any previous experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with strategic planning and implementation of customer support initiatives - Conduct negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial solutions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
