Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support through various channels including email, chat, and social media - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively - Collaborate with other team members to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work towards achieving key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times - Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
