Job Description:
WestRock is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level role with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced online environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage online live chat interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service and support - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM software to document interactions and maintain customer records - Take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat process - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and increase conversions
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role - Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously - Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to changing customer needs - Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills - Experience in people management is a plus
