Job Description:
Hess is seeking a talented and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Managing and overseeing the online live chat platform, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction. - Training and supervising a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. - Monitoring chat sessions for quality assurance and providing feedback to agents for improvement. - Developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the live chat platform. - Analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions regarding chat performance and customer interactions. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of chat services with overall company objectives. - Handling escalated customer issues and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality, with strong communication skills. - Excellent decision-making and negotiation abilities. - Proven experience in managing online live chat platforms and teams. - Experience in a customer service or related role is a plus. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for chat management. - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
