Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Alcoa, a leading company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and online communication.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online live chat system, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of online chat representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Analyze chat transcripts and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online chat experience and drive customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to optimize the online chat platform and integrate it with other systems - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service
