Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


TravelCenters of America is seeking a reliable and driven Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the online live chat platform, ensuring excellent customer service and response times. 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through the chat platform. 3. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide coaching to chat agents as needed. 4. Analyze data and metrics related to the chat platform to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. 5. Collaborate with other departments to align chat services with overall company goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in online chat management or a related field. 2. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
