Job Description - Online Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for an Online Live Chat Manager to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or online chat management. The ideal candidate will be motivated, passionate, have excellent time management skills, and possess a creative mindset.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online live chat interactions with customers - Monitor chat conversations to ensure a high level of customer service - Train and mentor chat agents to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and issues - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service or online chat management - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in chat software and customer relationship management systems - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
