Online Live Chat Officer

We are currently seeking a part-time Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Norfolk Southern in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

The Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate is confident and driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to take on a leadership role when necessary.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or online chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Confident and driven personality - Leadership skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and CRM software
