Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Live Chat Officer to join our team at Macy’s in London, England. As an Online Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is part-time and suitable for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information - Collaborate with other team members to maintain a consistent customer service experience across all channels - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Macy’s products, promotions, and policies to support customers effectively - Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor - Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in high-pressure situations - Excellent cooperation and people management skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Experience with online chat platforms and a good understanding of e-commerce practices - An enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
