Online Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

Terex, a leading global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services, is seeking an Online Live Chat Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through online live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information, promotions, and company policies to customers. 3. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences to provide accurate and relevant information. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive sales growth. 5. Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in the online chat platform and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system.
