Online Support Associate

Job Description:

Unum Group is seeking a part-time Online Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and hardworking. The successful candidate will also demonstrate strong soft skills in planning and teamwork.

Responsibilities: - Providing online support to customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to address complex customer problems - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Assisting with the development and implementation of customer support initiatives - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customers
