Raytheon is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a related field, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating online customer support activities to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online support specialists to provide timely and effective assistance to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Develop strategies and processes to streamline the online support process and improve response times. 3. Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and issues that need to be addressed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to communicate customer feedback and advocate for improvements to products and services. 5. Track and report on key performance indicators related to online support, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in online customer support to continually improve the quality of service provided.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both internal and external audiences. 3. Proven experience managing online support teams in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in customer support software and tools, such as CRM systems and live chat platforms. 6.
