Job Description - Online Support Officer

Job Description:


MetLife is currently seeking a part-time Online Support Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role. The ideal candidate will be driven, reliable, and possess strong analytical and planning skills to excel in this role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs and exceed expectations - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online support tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
