Job Description:

Aflac, a leading insurance company headquartered in London, UK, is seeking a diligent and motivated Online Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in our London office. Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media channels - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective responses to customer queries - Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience - Conduct research to find innovative solutions to customer problems - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
