Job Description - Online Support Representative

Job Description:


As an Online Support Representative at Owens-Illinois, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our online customers in the London, England area. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 4. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends. 5. Work independently to manage your workload and meet performance targets. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the online support process. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and be proactive in following up on any outstanding issues.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical support. 2. Independent and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. 3. Strong research skills to stay informed about products and industry developments. 4. Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues from different departments. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
