Online Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Online Support Representative to join our team at Seaboard in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the Online Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our online users. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with account management and online purchasing. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to help improve the online customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Innovation and adaptability.
