Online Support Representative

Job Description:

Broadcom, a leading technology company, is seeking a part-time Online Support Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary personality traits of being reliable and independent. Additionally, strong communication and creativity skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through various channels including email, chat, and social media - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online support or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software is a plus
