Job Description:
The Online Support Specialist at Priceline Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online users. This position is based in London, England and is a part-time role. The ideal candidate will be an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming inquiries and issues from online users through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and provide solutions to users. 3. Assist customers with booking and reservation-related questions and concerns. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions to customers. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 6. Document all customer interactions and ensure accurate and thorough records are kept. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong people management and cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
