Job Description:
DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a part-time Online Support Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess a driven and hardworking attitude.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online services. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective customer support. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. 6. Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in developing training materials and resources for customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users. 3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. A cooperative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. 6. Experience with online support platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus.
