Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and confident Online Support Specialist to join our team at Alphabet in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing online support to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department. 3. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to customers experiencing difficulties with our online services. 4. Collaborate with the IT department to identify and address any recurring technical issues. 5. Monitor online feedback and reviews to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of online support strategies to enhance customer experience. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or online support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers. 3. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience with people management or team leadership is a plus. 6. Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
