Online Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Online Web Chat Assistant in our London, England office. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers through online web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence and communication skills to engage with customers effectively - Meet and exceed customer expectations to deliver delight in every interaction - Utilize technological tools to streamline and enhance the online chat experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Must be able to work in the UK
