Job Description:

Micron Technology is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Act as a brand ambassador for Micron Technology, promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers. - Utilize strategic planning skills to prioritize customer inquiries and ensure that all chat conversations are productive and efficient. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously and meet customer needs promptly. - Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall online chat experience.
