Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Monitor chat interactions, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and optimize the online chat experience - Implement and maintain chat protocols and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service and chat management - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of the chat platform - Provide training and support to team members on chat management techniques and best practices

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Drive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service - Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities - Experience with online chat platforms and customer service tools - Proficiency in basic IT skills and familiarity with technical troubleshooting - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
