Job Description:
Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in online customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all online web chat operations, ensuring timely and efficient customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat platform for improved customer engagement and satisfaction - Supervise a team of online chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to maintain a high level of professionalism and accuracy - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the online chat platform
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience in online customer service management - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills - Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer management systems
